1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QuoteACopier website, the online shopping and e-commerce brand of Copybox Business Solutions, a trading style of Capital Telecom (London) Ltd, and any quotes, orders, leases or service agreements arranged through it. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Approved Used equipment
Our approved used Canon devices are inspected, tested, cleaned and prepared for resale by Quoteacopier. 'Approved Used' does not imply manufacturer-certified refurbishment unless expressly stated on the individual product. Equipment is subject to availability.
3. Quotes and pricing
All quotes are illustrative and subject to credit approval, status and final documentation. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Lease figures are indicative until a formal finance agreement is signed. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or specification.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order placed through the site is an application and does not constitute a binding contract until accepted by us in writing. We may decline an application at our discretion. All applications are subject to status and identity checks.
5. Lease and finance
Lease arrangements are provided subject to approval by a regulated finance provider. Terms, deposits and monthly payments are confirmed in your finance agreement. The Managed Service Agreement governs the ongoing service of leased equipment.
6. Buy outright payments
Outright purchases are processed securely via our payment provider. Payment is taken at the point of order. Delivery and installation are arranged once payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are arranged at a mutually agreed date. Reasonable costs may apply for cancellations notified less than 48 hours before the agreed installation date.
8. Service and support
Ongoing service, maintenance and support are provided under the Managed Service Agreement, which forms part of your contract where applicable. Please read that agreement for full details of charges, service levels and obligations.
9. Returns and cancellations
Cancellation and return rights depend on the type of equipment and agreement. Used or refurbished equipment is generally excluded from our standard cancellation period where permitted. See the Managed Service Agreement for details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from the supply of equipment or services is limited as set out in the Managed Service Agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Intellectual property
The QuoteACopier name, logo and site content are owned by Copybox Business Solutions, a trading style of Capital Telecom (London) Ltd. Canon and imageRUNNER are trademarks of Canon Inc. No content may be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing law
These terms and any contract formed through the site are governed by the laws of England, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
